ABOUT US

Embodied Living Wellness Center is a trauma-informed, holistic, and integrative psychotherapy and sex therapy practice focusing on mental health treatment through an emphasis on whole-person wellness.

 

Mental health is health. To adequately address mental health symptoms, we must recognize that our mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. That is why the Embodied Living Wellness Center offers comprehensive services, including evidence-based modalities and alternative healing practices, to help you live a more embodied life.

About Us

OUR TEAM

Justyna Wawrzonek, DSW, LCSW, CST (she/her), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of the Embodied Living Wellness Center. Justyna has over ten years of experience working in various mental health and addiction treatment settings, primarily providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

 

Justyna brings a down-to-earth and compassionate approach to the therapeutic space. She hopes her clients feel safe, seen, and supported in her presence. She strongly believes everyone deserves to live fully and authentically and feels privileged to share in her clients' journey to self-discovery and healing. Justyna is passionate about mental health awareness and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness - Connecticut Chapter.

 

Justyna was born and raised in Poland. She later immigrated to the U.S and spent the second half of her childhood and early adulthood in Connecticut. She has since relocated to San Diego, CA, where she enjoys the sunshine. Justyna's simple pleasures include reading, yoga, and coffee.
